Allasso Energy has one Geothermal Exploration Permit Applications in the Batchelor vicinity adjacent to existing transmission infrastrcuture.
Allasso Energy's work program is developed to accelerate the delineation and commercialisation of these Northern Territory assets and provide renewable baseload power solutions to energy users.
Underpinning the program is strong geological evidence that all the fundamental requirements for commercial geothermal systems exist within these basins. Previous studies have shown that the basement beneath these basins have high surface heat flows while the sediments in the basin themselves include many fine-grained formations capable of providing effective thermal insulation. This combination is optimal for the creation of commercially viable geothermal resources.

Allasso Energy is the holder of Western Australian Geothermal Permits GEP 50 and GEP 51. It has two further Geothermal Exploration permits in the onshore Carnarvon Basin awarded and two further permit applications under consideration.
Critically, Allasso Energy's awarded leases cover the region with maximum green baseload offtake demand, spanning the energy intensive Ashburton to Dampier region.
Allasso Energy's work program is designed to accelerate and support the commercialisation of geothermal energy in the form of baseload power and heat across a broad range of industries currently operating or planned in
the Gascoyne, Ashburton and Pilbara regions.
Extensive geological and pre-FEED engineering studies have been completed that aid in the development of these work programs. The work programs are designed to optimise the delivery of the right baseload requirement to the end user. Be it supplementing solar and wind to providing proximal standalone products, Allasso Energy has identified the most cost effective way to deliver its solution to the renewable market.
Available data modelled for deliverability by Allasso Energy and its advisors, have determined significant world class opportunities in the Carnarvon Basin. Allasso Energy has also completed studies on the Perth and Canning Basins that has identified highly prospective geothermal potential in these regions with a view to expansion opportunities.
